Constance BRISOU assists and represents French and foreign clients in contentious and pre-litigious proceedings before commercial, civil and criminal courts.
She specializes in a wide range of areas, including commercial, contract and corporate law, and advises her customers on the legal aspects of their corporate life and structuring operations.
Before joining the firm, she practiced business law in Paris and Milan with Gide Loyrette Nouël, Allen & Overy, Dethomas Peltier Juvigny & Associés and Alteregal.
She was a partner in the Franco-Italian law firm Alteregal, working in the French law department for Italian clients doing business in France.
She is also a member of the International Bar Association.
